For the next two weeks, for our health and for the sake of diversity in the foods we eat, we are going gluten free.
And is not going to be so hard.
Do you know why? Well, because we already eat real food, we don’t eat refined sugar and we cook just about every single meal at home.
Easy except for the bread – a staple of the Hungarian diet, but for two weeks we are willing to go without, knowing that there are many people that need to exclude it indefinitely from their diet.
As a human race we probably eat too much wheat anyway, in just about every meal, or at least once a day. Where is the diversity in that???
There are so many fruits and vegetables that are passed over on the way to the processed, convenience foods…then there is buckwheat, millet, sorghum, quinoa – oh my!
So with this, we cordially invite all bloggers to attend our very First Blog Hop!
