It is about learning to live more with less.
Embracing opportunities and experiences rather than physical, store bought commonplaces. Fitting in with yourself rather than societal pressures. Eating wholesome real food rather than munching overly processed colorful widgets of preserved proportions. Spending time with family and friends rather than your sitcom buddies. Hiking in the mountains, canoeing on a placid lake or gazing at the sunset through prairie grasses.
When was the last time you cherished nature?
It takes some work to simplify your life – patience, determination and yes, courage – to battle the consumer stereotype. A simple life can be achieved, not through minimalism, but through reduction and focusing on quality: from life changing experiences all the way through the new found awareness of noble, natural materials.
Think about it for a moment…what does it mean to live a simple life?
